Download nowNEW DELHI: Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET) has deferred the Odisha National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 round 3 counselling schedules. The directorate will soon announce the revised WB NEET PG 2024 round 3 counselling schedule on the official website at dmetodisha.in.
The Odisha NEET PG 2024 round 3 revised counselling schedule has not been announced yet. “Schedule for Round-3 is deferred till further notice,” the official website said. Recently, the DMET issued the tentative schedule for the Odisha NEET PG 2024 round 3 counselling according to which physical counselling was scheduled to take place on February 5 and February 6, 2025.
In a recent update, the National Medical Commission (NMC) has revised the seat matrix for postgraduate medical courses for the 2024-25 academic session amid demands to cancel the third round of NEET PG counselling and initiate fresh admissions.
The Odisha NEET PG 2024 counselling registration was set from November 1 to November 5, 2024, and round 2 counselling took place till December 24. After that, the DMET issued the Odisha NEET PG 2024 round 3 counselling schedule which was later revised due to NEET PG 2024 cut-off reduction .
As per the earlier Odisha NEET PG 2024 round 3 counselling revised schedule, the deadline to register for the counselling was January 22, 2025, and submission of a state list of verified candidates to the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) for incentive addition and preparation of state-specific merit List was January 25.
