NEW DELHI: The application process for admission to plus two courses at higher secondary schools will start from today, August 12, 2021. The online common application form (CAF) will be available on SAMS portal, samsodisha.gov.in.

Admission of students selected in the first selection- September 14 to 21, 2021 (6 PM)

Admission data updation and error reporting by Higher Secondary Schools in the e-Space- September 14 to 22, 2021 (5 PM)

Updation of Slide-up Request form online by students taken admission in First Selection- September 14 to 23, 2021 (5 PM)

Publication of merit list of the Second Selection- September 27, 2021 (4 PM)

Admission of the students selected in Second Selection- September 29 to October 1, 2021 (5 PM)

Last date for admission data updation of students who took admission in the Second Selection by Higher Secondary Schools in the e-Space- October 1, 2021 (9 PM)

Publication of the Spot Selection merit list three time to the balance sheet after second merit list admission- October 4, 2021 (2 PM)
School and mass education minister Samir Ranjan Dash said that the number of seats in higher secondary schools has been increased by over 50,000 for the 2021-22 academic session. The applications had been received from different higher secondary schools demanding a hike of around 69,000 seats. However, after examining the applications, the government has decided to increase the seats by 54,900, the Indian Express reported.
