Join Careers360 PremiumNEW DELHI: Odisha Police State Selection Board (OPSSB) has begun the registration process for the Odisha police constable recruitment exam 2024. Eligible candidates can fill out the application form for the recruitment exam by visiting the official website at odishapolice.gov.in. The last date to fill out the application form is October 13.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,360 Odisha Police Constable vacancies. As per the official notice, women, transgender individuals, and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) are not eligible to apply for the posts. Candidates may apply for only one battalion, and this choice cannot be changed later.
The board will open the application correction window for the Odisha police constable recruitment exam 2024 for three days from October 16 to October 18. As per the official notice, candidates from all categories are exempted from paying the application fee. Candidates will be able to download the Odisha police constable admit card through the official website about one week before the exam date.
Odisha Police Constable Recruitment 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for the Odisha police constable recruitment 2024 given below.
- Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 18 years old and 23 years old to be eligible for the constable post. Age relaxation will be provided to the reserved category candidates.
- Education Qualification: Candidates should have passed Class 10 from the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) Odisha or any other equivalent examination conducted by other boards.
