OTET 2025 registration begins at bseodisha.ac.in; Odisha TET on December 17

OTET 2025: The last date to fill the application forms for Odisha TET is November 25. The fee payment window will close on November 26.
Board of Secondary Education, Odisha has started the registration process for Odisha Teacher Eligibility Test (OTET) 2025. Eligible aspirants can apply for Odisha TET 2025 on the official website of BSE Odisha – bseodisha.ac.in. The last date to fill the OTET 2025 application form is November 25 and fee payment window will remain open until 11:45 pm of November 26.
The application fee for OTET 2025 is Rs 600. Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) applicants will have to pay Rs 400.
OTET 2025 will be conducted on December 17. The exam comprises two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2. The first paper will be held from 9 am to 11:30 am and second from 2 pm to 4:30 pm. The total duration of each paper will be 2.5 hours. OTET 2025 question paper will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), each carrying one mark. There will be no negative marking in the exam.

OTET 2025 admit card will be issued on December 10. Candidates can check the OTET eligibility criteria, syllabus and structure of the exam on the official website.
OTET is held for those who aspire to become teachers for Classes 1 to 8 in government, private aided schools, and private unaided schools in the state. The board has invited applications from both fresh and in-service candidates. In September 2, the Odisha government said that it would examine the Supreme Court judgement mandating TET for teachers both in appointments and continuation in service.
How to apply for OTET 2025?
Here are the steps to fill OTET application form 2025:
- Go to the official website of BSE Odisha – bseodisha.ac.in
- On the homepage, click on the link for OTET 2025 under the latest updates section
- Candidates will be redirected to another page
- Now, login for Paper 1 or Paper 2 by entering your login credentials
- Fill in the application form and pay the application fee and submit
- Download the confirmation page for future reference
“In case the information furnished by the candidate is found to be false/fake, the candidature/result of the candidate shall be cancelled and he /she shall be liable for prosecution as per rule,” said BSE in an official notification. The information once submitted by the candidate relating to personal data, address, caste, subject, etc. during online registration, can not be changed at any later stage, it added.
