Path of education a commitment to serve people, Haryana CM Khattar tells students
Highlighting the pivotal role hard work plays in achieving success, the chief minister encouraged students to set clear goals and persevere through challenges.

CHANDIGARH: Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Wednesday urged students to move forward in education keeping public service at the forefront of their aspirations. Khattar told them that the path of education is not just a journey of personal development but a commitment to serve the people.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the Medhavi Chhatra Samman Samaroh in Panchkula. He also awarded 160 outstanding students, who excelled in the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations conducted by the Haryana School Education Board. He presented them with certificates, according to an official statement.

Addressing the students, Khattar emphasised the significance of education and its role in shaping individuals into responsible citizens. He also encouraged them to commit to a life dedicated to societal welfare and nurture the ambition of making meaningful contributions to society.
Khattar acknowledged the pivotal role parents play in nurturing a student's talent, followed by the crucial contributions of teachers. Subsequently, he highlighted the role of personal thought in driving one's continuous progress.

He also expressed hope that the students present will continue to strive for excellence in education.

Khattar also engaged with the students, responding to their questions and concerns about various career paths. He stressed on the importance of unwavering dedication in pursuing one's chosen path, assuring them that success is achievable through persistent effort.
When Aanchal, a student from the Government Senior Secondary School, Raiwali, Ambala, asked him about pursuing a career in the defence forces, Khattar advised her to approach her chosen field with unwavering dedication. He assured her that even if success is not immediate, persistence will ultimately lead to success.
