PGIMER 2020: Counselling schedule and eligible candidate list released

NEW DELHI: The counselling schedule for Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) has been released by the PGI Chandigarh. The eligible list of candidates called for MD/MS counselling process has also been released by the authority. For the first time, PGI July counselling will be held in online mode for round one and two. while third and spot round will be conducted offline mode at Bhargava Auditorium, PGIMER.
A total of 675 candidates have been called for seat allotment process for admission to 306 Masters of Surgery (MS) and Doctor of Medicine (MD) seats offered at Chandigarh campus.

PGIMER merit list 2020
PGI, Chandigarh has released the merit list of PGI MD/MS for candidates who wish to appear for seat allotment process. A total of 675 candidates including sponsored, foreign nationals and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) have been shortlisted for counselling process. The number of aspirants called for counselling are five times the number of seats available.
PGIMER exam for July session has been conducted on June 14, 2020, while the result has been announced on June 22, in form of a scorecard. PGI Chandigarh conducts MD/MS entrance exam twice a year in January and July session.
