PIET’s department of management studies gets NBA accreditation

Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology will provide scholarship and financial aid to students taking admission to NBA-accredited courses.
NEW DELHI: Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Haryana has been accorded accreditation from the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for its Department of Management Studies (DMS) for its academics, research and consultancy, administration, and extension services.
The PIET’s students will now be eligible to pursue higher education from universities all over the world. The institute stated that after getting the NBA accreditation the PIET students will receive higher placement packages.

The Department of Management Studies according to the institute will collaborate with Global Universities for various programmes and the students will receive scholarships and other financial assistance for admission into NBA-accredited programmes.
The DMS students are offered with information talks, concept induction programmes, flip learning, guest lecture, assignments, presentation, group discussions, case analysis, aptitude and technology skill development, skill development, value-added courses, concept classes, workshops, and industrial talks, as per the institute.

The institute said that it focuses on the communication and teamwork skills of the students. It aims to improve the subject knowledge of the students along with providing tools and aptitude to plan better for getting development experience, attain intellectual growth, and get practical knowledge of the industry.
