IIM Jammu has built a new campus in Jagti on 200-acre land with a cost of Rs 500.91 crore.

NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Jammu has completed the construction of its new campus in Jagti. The new campus is built on a 200-acre land and at a project cost of Rs 500.91 crore. Prime minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the IIM Jammu’s new campus on February 20 at 11 am.
“Under the leadership of Prof. B.S. Sahay, Director of IIM Jammu, the Institute embarked on a journey with the construction of its new campus in Jagti. Spanning 200 acres and built at a project cost of Rs. 500.91 crores, the new campus reflects IIM Jammu's commitment to providing world-class infrastructure conducive to holistic development of the student,” the institute said in an official statement.
The new campus of IIM Jammu boasts of state-of-the-art facilities, including smart classrooms and the "Nalanda", a modern library, fostering an environment of academic pursuit and innovation.
“The inauguration of the new campus by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi signifies the Institute's unwavering commitment to excellence, societal impact, and economic development,” IIM Jammu added in its statement.
“As IIM Jammu continues its journey, it remains dedicated to fostering leadership, innovation, and societal transformation. With a focus on excellence, inclusivity, with state-of-the-art facilities, IIM Jammu is poised to emerge as one of the top business schools in India with a global outlook and a commitment to nation-building,” it further said.
