PPC 2025: PM Modi to interact with 5 crore on February 10; mental health experts to join

NEW DELHI: The ministry of education has announced that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will interact with students, parents, and teachers nationwide at 11:00 am on February 10 during the eighth edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2025). As per the ministry, 36 students from across the country will get an opportunity to interact directly with PM Modi at PPC 2025.

The education ministry made the announcement through its ‘X’ handle and said: “The most awaited Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 (PPC 2025) is set to take place at 11 am on February 10, 2025. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will interact with students, parents, and teachers, offering insights on exam preparation, stress management, and personal growth.”

As per the official website, currently, more than 3.30 crore students, 2.71 plus lakh teachers and 5.51 plus parents, have registered for the PPC 2025.

This year, at the PPC 2025 event, a total of 36 students from various school educational boards, including state, UT, CBSE, and schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sainik School, Eklavya Model Residential School, Navodaya Vidyalaya will directly interact with PM Modi. Among the selected students, some are winners of Kala Utsav and Veer Gatha and others are alumni of the PRERANA school programme, as per the official notice from the ministry of education.

“The first interaction with the Prime Minister will be telecast directly on Doordarshan, Swayam, Swayam Prabha, PMO YouTube channel and the social media channels of the Ministry of Education and Ministry of I&B ensuring that viewers across the nation can participate in this enriching experience,” the ministry said.

Famous personalities such as actors Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey, world champion in boxing MC Mary Kom, Sadhguru, among others to interact with students during the PPC 2025.

PPC 2025: Schedule for interaction with various field experts

Sports and Discipline: M C Mary Kom, Avani Lekhara, and Suhas Yathiraj will interact with students regarding goal setting, resilience, and stress management through discipline.

Mental Health: Actor Deepika Padukone will talk about the importance of emotional well-being and self-expression.

Nutrition: Shonali Sabherwal and Rujuta Diwekar will guide students on healthy eating habits and the role of complete sleep in academic success.

Technology and Finance: Gaurav Chaudhary, technical guruji, and Radhika Gupta will guide students about technology as a tool for "smarter learning and financial literacy."

Creativity and Positivity: Bollywood actors such as Vikrant Massey and Bhumi Pednekar help students to visualize and eliminate negative thoughts, making room for positive mindset ahead of the board exams.

Mindfulness and Mental Peace: Sadhguru, on the other hand, with his humour and knowledge, will share practical "mindfulness" techniques to help students maintain mental clarity and focus.

Stories of Success: Lastly, top scoring candidates from UPSC, IIT-JEE, CLAT, CBSE, NDA, ICSE, and others, along with participants from previous edition of PPC will share "how Pariksha Pe Charcha had influenced their preparation strategies and kept them motivated."
