The REET admit card will carry details including candidate's name, date of birth, category, date and time of exam and address of the exam centre.
To ensure transparency and smooth conduct of the exam, the board has decided to conduct the REET 2025 exam in a single day. The exam is scheduled for February 27 and will be conducted in two shifts: Shift 1 from 10 am to 12:30 pm and Shift 2 from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. The REET exam is conducted to determine the eligibility for teacher recruitment for Classes 1 to 8.
The Rajasthan Board has introduced negative markings and revised the OMR rules for the REET exam. Starting this year, each question will have five options instead of four. As per the new marking scheme, 0.33 marks will be deducted from the total marks awarded for each incorrect answer.
The REET exam is conducted in two levels. Level 1 is held to award eligibility certificates for candidates aspiring to teach Classes 1 to 5, while Level 2 is conducted to determine eligibility for recruiting teachers for Classes 6 to 8.
