NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 4: Registrations for regular students studying in Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) class 9 and 11 have begun for the academic session 2018-19.

The online registrations, which started on October 1 would close on October 22, 2018. CBSE has asked authorities of schools affiliated to it to register themselves before beginning with students’ registrations.

If they are not in possession of it, they can also enter details pertaining to their Ration Card, Passport, bank account or any other government-issued identity card. For foreign nationals, CBSE has said that the Passport number or Social Security Card/ID number issued by the foreign country’s government can also be entered.

Students will also be required to pay a registration fee of Rs. 150. Those studying in foreign countries will have to pay Rs. 250 and Rs. 350 for class 9 and 11, respectively. Students should register and pay the registration fee on or before October 22, 2018 or they will have to pay the late fees.

Affiliated schools can register using their affiliation number as user ID and password. Newly affiliated schools should contact the regional office of CBSE to procure the password for registration.
