RGNUL Punjab: 10 BA.LLB students win Millennium Fellowships
RGNUL's fellowship programme is a joint venture between United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Campus Network (MCN).
NEW DELHI: The Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law (RGNUL) Punjab has selected 10 students from its BA.LLB (Hons) programme as Millennium Fellows for the Millennium Fellowship class of 2021.
The fellowship programme is a joint venture between United Nations Academic Impact and Millennium Campus Network (MCN).
As per the official notice: “The programme is conveying, challenging, and celebrating student leadership for ‘UN sustainable development goals.” The selected candidates will receive training and a certificate of recognition from MCN and United Nations Academic Impact. They will work on a range of projects.
All the selected candidates will work on different projects. The names of the candidates selected for the fellowship are: Komal Parnami, Naman Anand,Kushagra Gupta, Vashisht Marwaha, Aastha Singh, Xenia Dhar, Vaibhav Garg, Sahitya Sharma, Rahul Dhingra and Nyamat Sekhon.
Seven of the selected candidates will work on the project - “READ (Redefining Education Amidst Diversity)”, Aastha Singh will be working on the project - “Wielding The Need Not The Want'' and Naman Anand on the project - “Always In, Never Out”
Komal Parnami has started “Project Khwahish”, an initiative that aims to inspire young women who aspire to dream.
