NEW DELHI: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has today announced the RRB Group D 2019 exam dates on the official website, rrbcdg.gov.in. The much awaited RRB Group D 2019 exam is tentatively scheduled for February 23, 2021.
The railway board had recently informed candidates that the modification link for those candidates whose RRB Group D 2019 application form was rejected will be active from December 15, 2021.

RRB Group D applications of 4,85,607 candidates were found rejected on the ground of invalid photograph and/or signature. These candidates will be able to upload photographs and/or signature afresh as one time opportunity on all the official websites of regional RRBs.

RRB latest notice read, “The CBT as per details provided in CEN No. RRC-01/2019 will commence tentatively from 23rd February 2022 in multiple phases, subject to the prevailing conditions and Government guidelines issued from time to time in view of handling of the Covid-19 pandemic.”

The link for viewing RRB Group D exam city and RRB Group D exam date and downloading of traveling authority of SC/ST candidates will be made available on all RRB websites in due course i.e. 10 days prior to start of exam (February 13, 2022), as per the railway board.
The board also advised candidates to refer only to the official websites of RRBs for latest updates on the recruitment process. “Please do not be misled by unauthenticated sources,” it added.
RRB Group D exam is conducted for various categories to fill 1,03,769 vacancies. The RRB Group D 2019 exam was postponed due to Covid-19 pandemic. However, a total of 1 crore candidates registered for the exam. RRB Group D exam was scheduled to be conducted in June and the notification regarding the recruitment was released in February 2019. Students had also taken to Twitter and sought a response from the railway board on the delay.
