Free DownloadNEW DELHI: The College board will close the Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) 2024 registration today, February 23. Candidates can apply for SAT 2024 in online mode at satsuit.collegeboard.org. SAT 2024 is scheduled to be conducted on March 9. The SAT 2024 exam assesses a student's arithmetic, verbal, and writing abilities.
The educational requirement for taking the SAT exam is Class 12 pass or equivalent from a certified board or university. There is no age limit for applying to the SAT exam. However, most of the candidates who take the SAT exam are between the ages of 17 and 19. There is no limit to appear for SAT 2024. Aspirants may take the SAT exam as many times as they wish.
SAT 2024: Exam pattern
The SAT 2024 exam pattern is divided into two sections- reading and writing, maths. The exam duration of SAT 2024 is 2 hours and 14 minutes.The SAT 2024 exam pattern for the maths section includes 75% multiple-choice-questions (MCQ) and 25% student-produced response (SPR) questions. The SAT 2024 reading and writing section includes multiple-choice questions categorised into four domains: Craft and Structure, Information and Ideas, Standard English Conventions, and Expression of Ideas.

SAT 2024: Steps to apply
Candidates can follow these instructions to apply for the SAT 2024 exam.
- Create an account on the College Board website - satsuit.collegeboard.org.
- Next, fill the SAT 2024 application form.
- Enter the SAT exam dates and select your test center.
- Upload the necessary document.
- Pay the application fee.
- Save and take a printout for future reference.
