SBI Clerk 2021 Main Exam - Know the dress code and what to carry to the test centre

State Bank of India will conduct the SBI Clerk mains exam 2021 tomorrow and those who will appear for the exam can check what they are supposed to wear and what they need to carry to the SBI Clerk exam centre.

NEW DELHI - The State Bank of India will conduct the SBI Clerk 2021 main exam on October 1 and candidates who will appear for the entrance test must be aware about the dress code. Non-compliance of the guidelines with regard to the dress code might prove detrimental as the authorities might not permit the candidates to appear for the SBI Clerk mains exam 2021.

\Candidates must ensure that they carry with them the SBI Clerk mains admit card along with call letter along with authenticated/stamped Call letter of Online Preliminary Examination and authenticated/stamped photocopy of (currently valid) photo identity proof (such as PAN Card/Passport/ Permanent Driving License/Voter’s Card with photograph/Bank passbook.

SBI Clerk Mains 2021 Exam Dress Code

Candidates who will appear for the exam tomorrow must adhere to the following guidelines with regard to the clothes that they need to wear:

  • As far as footwear is concerned, candidates should not wear shoes and they should only wear slippers and sandals

  • Wear light clothes so that they cannot use it for hiding any communication device or any other instrument

  • Half sleeves have to be worn but there should not be any button, brooches or any badge

Note: Those candidates who will be wearing a customary or religious dress, they would have to report at the SBI clerk mains test centre at least 20 minutes before the commencement of the exam.

Jewellery items that are prohibited

SBI has clearly mentioned in the SBI Clerk Mains admit card 2021 that the following jewellery items will not be allowed to be worn by the candidates:

  • Ring

  • Earrings

  • Nose-pin

  • Chain/Necklace

  • Pendants

  • Badge

  • brooch

Today, the exam conducting body has intimated the candidates about the reporting time to their registered email address as well as through an SMS. The SBI Clerk mains exam will commence on completion of the formalities like checking of attendance, getting the signature on the SBI Clerk call letter and photo capture etc. Late comers will not be allowed to appear for the SBI Clerk 2021 exam.
