New Delhi, September 17: The State Bank of India (SBI) will announce the result of SBI Clerk 2018 mains exam by September 22. This date about the declaration of SBI Clerk 2018 mains result has been declared on SBI’s official website on September 17. The official notice by SBI reads, “Candidates are requested to please note that the result of Main Examination 2018 is expected to be declared by 22-09-2018. Further, the joining of selected candidates will be by 1 st week of December 2018.”

Candidates can check their SBI Clerk result for mains by entering the registered roll number and date of birth or registration number and date of birth. Through the result of SBI Clerk 2018, candidates will get access to their roll numbers, section-wise and total marks in the mains exam. Alongside the result, the authority will also release the state-wise and category-wise cut off for SBI Clerk mains examination.
As per SBI Clerk cut off of mains exam, to qualify the mains exam, candidates have to secure the overall and sectional (subject-wise) cut off score. Candidates qualifying the mains exam of SBI Clerk (by securing SBI clerk cutoff), would be included in the merit list. Further, based on the merit list of SBI Clerk, candidates will be allotted ranks for the recruitment.
As per the official data, this year, as many as 96,330 candidates were selected to appear in SBI Clerk mains examination held on August 5. This year, SBI Clerk examination was held to recruit eligible candidates at 9,633 clerical posts in all categories. Out of the total vacancies, 3,788 seats are for General category, while rest of the vacancies are divided into SC, ST and OBC categories.
