The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the Probationary Officer (PO) Mains result 2025 today, November 6. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their SBI PO mains result 2025 through the official website, sbi.co.in.

The SBI PO result 2025 is announced in the form of a PDF that carries the roll number of qualified candidates. Candidates who declared qualify in the main exam will be invited for phase 3 — the Psychometric Test — of the exam.

SBI PO main exam 2025 was conducted on September 13. The recruitment drive is being held for a total of 541 vacancies, which includes 500 regular posts and 41 backlog vacancies.

SBI PO Mains Result 2025: Final selection process

The SBI PO phase 3 selection process will have three components: (a) Psychometric Test, (b) Group Exercise, and (c) Interview. The Group Exercise and Interview will carry a total of 50 marks, with 20 marks allotted for the Group Exercise and 30 marks for the Interview. The minimum qualifying marks in each section will be determined by the bank.

For final selection, candidates will have to qualify separately in phase 2 (main exam) and phase 3 (Psychometric Test, Group Exercise, and Interview). Marks obtained in the preliminary exam (Phase 1) will not be considered for preparing the final merit list.

The marks from the main exam (both Objective and Descriptive) and phase 3 will be normalised to a total of 100 marks — 75 marks from the Main Examination and 25 marks from Phase 3. The final merit list will be prepared based on these normalised scores, and selection will be made from the top-ranked candidates in each category.
