State Bank of India suspended Clerk recruitment of Ladakh, Leh, Kargil and Manipur regions. SBI Clerk prelims scheduled to be conducted from July 10, onwards.

NEW DELHI: The State Bank of India (SBI) has suspended the recruitment for candidates belonging to Ladakh, Manipur and Leh and Kargil Valley regions. SBI released a notice on its official website - sbi.co.in regarding the same. The SBI notice says, "The recruitment of Junior Associates for the state/UT of Ladakh, Manipur and Leh and Kargil Valley under special drive has been kept in abeyance till further notice.”
The SBI Clerk application form 2021 was released on April 27, 2021, for the post of Junior Associates (Customer Support & Sales).
SBI Clerk vacancies 2021 (Special drive)
As per the SBI notification released earlier, a total of eight vacancies were released for Ladakh, 18 for Manipur under regular vacancies and 15 were released for Leh and Kargil Valley under special drive.
SBI Clerk exam dates 2021
The SBI released the Clerk 2021 admit card for prelims on June 29. The admit card has been released for all candidates, except for Ladakh, Leh and Kargil Valley. The SBI Clerk 2021 prelims exam is scheduled to be held on July 10, 11, 12 and 13.
SBI Clerk exam pattern 2021
The SBI Clerk preliminary exam will have questions from English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The question paper will consist of 100 questions carrying 100 marks. The question paper will be designed in multiple-choice format and will be conducted in computer-based online mode. The time duration of the SBI Clerk prelims test is one hour. There are negative marks for wrong answers and 1/4th mark assigned to the question will be deducted for each wrong answer.
