Maharashtra: The education department of the Chandrapur Zilla Parishad directs all schools and colleges to operate in the morning hours from 7 am to 11 am for students safety due to rising heat waves.
"We are partially satisfied with the list of 17,206 teachers of whom 15,403 are eligible as confirmed by SSC," spokesperson of the Deserving Teachers Forum Chinmoy Mondal said.
Dharmendra Pradhan emphasised that road safety should be made a compulsory subject and has directed the Ministry of Education and NCERT with developing age-appropriate audio-visual modules for students from Class 1 to Class 12.
"CBI will interrogate all persons who had received appointments beyond the panel, after expiry of the panel and after submitting blank OMR sheets," the division bench had directed.
