Railway Recruitment 2024: Candidates should apply for SECR apprentice recruitment 2024 by May 1 at secr.indianrailways.gov.in.

NEW DELHI: South East Central Railway has invited applications for the recruitment of various trade apprentice posts. Eligible candidates should fill out the railway apprentice 2024 application form through the official website, secr.indianrailways.gov.in.
The railway apprentice application process is underway and the last date to apply for the railway apprenticeship is May 1, 2024. Candidates from all categories are exempted from paying any application fee.
As per the eligibility criteria, candidates should have passed Class 12 or its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% marks. Candidates should also have passed Industrial Training Institute (ITI) courses in the relevant trade from a recognized university. As per the age limit, candidates age should be between 15 years old to 24 years old as of April 2, 2024.
The selected candidates will serve as apprentices and undergo apprenticeship training for a duration of one year for each trade. During the training period, they will receive a stipend in accordance with the regulations set forth by the Railway Board.

The railway recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 1,113 apprentice vacancies in the SECR Raipur division. The post-wise total vacancies are given in the table below.
