SET exam 2021 to be held in online remote proctored mode; Check details here

NEW DELHI: Symbiosis International (Deemed University) will conduct the SET exam 2021 in online remote proctored mode. This way, candidates can take the SET exam 2021 from their home. The SET exam 2021 will be conducted under strict invigilation which will include ID verification, monitoring the test-taker through camera, etc. The university took this decision to ensure the safety of all the candidates who will be appearing for the SET exam 2021.

Earlier, the SET 2021 entrance exam was scheduled to be conducted on June 27. However, the university has decided to postpone the SET exam 2021 due to the increase in Covid-19 cases all over the country. The dates regarding the SET exam, admit card and result will be announced later.

The SET exam 2021 application form was released on February 28 on the official website of the university. Candidates who are seeking admission to various courses offered at Symbiosis International (Deemed University) have to fill and submit the SET exam 2021 application form till June 4.

The entrance test registration fee for SET General and SLAT is Rs. 1950. Along with this entrance test fee, candidates also have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 1000 for each programme they are applying for. For SITEEE, candidates have to pay an entrance test fee of Rs. 2000.

It should know that once the fee has been paid it will not be refunded or transferred in any situation. After completing payment, candidates will not be able to make any changes in the application form. Thus, candidates should check the details filled in the SET application form 2021 before they make the payment.

The university provides three modes of payments to candidates - Billdesk Payment Gateway, Indian Bank Payment and Demand Draft. To pay the fee by Demand Draft (DD), candidates have to submit a Demand Draft (DD) from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Symbiosis Test Secretariat” payable at Pune.

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) will conduct the SET General exam for candidates seeking admission to BBA, BCA, BA Liberal Arts Hons, BSc Economics Hons and BA Mass Communication. The university conducts SITEEE and SLAT for admission to engineering and law courses. Candidates are allowed to appear for more than one paper.
