Sharda University organises two-day inter-university cultural festival
Students from 95 countries participated in the Sharda University’s inter-university cultural festival, ‘Sangam Ullas’.

NEW DELHI: Sharda University organised inter-university cultural festival ‘Sangam Ullas’, which was attended by students of 95 countries. Several competitions such as dance, music, fashion, drama, sports, photography, and others were organised. A total of 20 events were held during the two-day festival.
Rapper Abhishek Baisla, popularly known as MC Square, and DJ Suitup performed at the celebrity night of the festival. He performed various, Haryanvi, Punjabi and Hidni hip-hop songs. The international division of Sharda University organised a march featuring students from various countries.
Sharda University director Ajit Kumar said, “ The inaugural day of the festival witnessed an impressive gathering. For two days, the festival unfolded with a dazzling array of over 20 events, showcasing the multifaceted talents and creativity of students. From thought-provoking debates to glamorous fashion shows, soul-stirring monologues to rib-tickling stand-up comedy performances, high-octane rap wars to intimate open-mic showcases and thrilling competitions, the festival offered an immersive experience that catered to every taste and interest.”

Sharda University chancellor PK Gupta said “The event brought together students, faculty, and community members in a celebration of diversity, creativity, and unity. With a plethora of captivating performances, engaging workshops, and interactive activities, the festival served as a platform for cultural exchange, fostering a sense of inclusivity and appreciation for the various cultural identities within our university community.”
