SNAP 2020- How to manage time on exam day

Candidates can check below some tips that can help them to score well in the SNAP exam by managing time efficiently.

Start with your strongest section

It is must for the candidates to start their SNAP paper from the section they are most confident about or have a better grasp of. If you start with the section about which one is not very confident, then one might get demotivated. In addition to this, one will spend more time on difficult questions trying to solve them.

Try to do mental calculations

Many candidates appearing for the SNAP exam must have also appeared in CAT 2020. So they are already familiar with the concept of mental calculations. While preparing for the exam, one must swiftly work toward solving mathematical questions mentally using the tricks and shortcuts that they had learnt during the course of preparation for the other exam. Using pen and paper to do calculations might be time-consuming.

Divide time accordingly

Candidates must be familiar with their weak and strong areas to know which section would consume more time. Hence, devise a time management strategy and remember at the end of the paper one must have adequate time to revise the complete SNAP 2020 question paper.

Be focused

Lastly, during the SNAP 2020 exam, one must focus only on the exam paper. It is a wise practice not to look at other candidates or the examiner moving here as it will result in distraction. Looking at other candidates one might feel they know more than them and hence it might lower one’s confidence.
