NEW DELHI: SOIL Institute of Management, Gurgaon, Haryana, has invited applications to three of its postgraduate programmes. The programmes offered are Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM), Post Graduate Program in Management – Human Resources (PGPM HR) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). The last date to apply for admission is January 22, 2022.

SOIL PGDM, PGPM fee structure
Candidates are required to pay a fee amount of Rs 15,33,226 for studying the PGPM course at SOIL Institute of Management. It has an intake of up to 90 students. To enrol for the PGPM HR course, candidates will have to pay Rs 13,85,862. Only 60 seats are available in this course. The fee for the PGDM course, with a total intake of 180 students is Rs 12,90,000.

SOIL PGDM, PGPM application fees and mode of application
Candidates can apply for the PGDM and PGPM courses of SOIL institute of management in online mode. The application fee for applying to all three courses is Rs 2000.

- The candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum aggregate score of 50 per cent.
- Candidates should have scored more than 60 per cent in Class 10 and 12 examinations.
- The candidates should have a minimum work experience of 2 years.
CAT, NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT), GMAT, XAT scores are not mandatory in enrolling for PGPM, but can be considered an advantage.

SOIL PGDM Admission Process
The admission process for PGDM and PGPM courses are slightly different.
For the PGDM course, candidates will be selected on the basis of their academic record, the scores secured in exams like CAT, XAT, MAT, GMAT, and relevant work experience. Candidates should attend a design thinking workshop where the students will have to solve real-life problems. After that, a personal interview will be conducted. Past academic scores, extra co-curricular achievements, relevant work experience, test scores, performance in the workshop and personal interview are assessed.
For the PGPM and PGDM-HR courses, candidates will be selected on the basis of past academic performance and relevant work experience. The SOIL Talent Appreciation Test (STAT) has to be taken and then the personal interview. The results of the selection will be released in four weeks. If selected, candidates will have to pay Rs 2 lakhs before 10 days of the announcement of results.
