NEW DELHI: The National Insurance Academy, Pune has invited applications to its full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Management course for the 2022 session. The last date to apply is March 15, 2022.

The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)-approved PGDM in Insurance and Management course was started in 2010. The course has been accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and has been granted equivalence to MBA by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), according to a statement from the institute.

NIA Admission: Application and fee structure

Candidates can apply for NIA PGDM Insurance and Management course through online mode. The application fee for the PGDM course is Rs 1,500.

The candidates are required to pay Rs 9.43 lakh as a fee to enrol for this course.

NIA PGDM admission eligibility criteria

Candidates are expected to fulfil the following criteria in order to be eligible to apply for the PGDM course in NIA:

  • The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks (students appearing for the final year exam can also apply)

  • The candidates should have appeared for Common Admission Test (CAT) 2021 or Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2022

NIA PGDM selection process

Candidates will be selected based on the following:

  • Past academic record

  • Performance in CAT 2021 or CMAT 2022

  • Performance in group discussion and personal interview including WAT.
