SRCC Placement 2024-25: Phase 1 sees over 240 job offers; highest salary at Rs 36 lakh

NEW DELHI: The Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) saw more than 240 job offers in its phase 1 of the placement drive 2024-25. The highest salary package offered was at Rs 36 lakh per annum (LPA) and an average of Rs 13.17 LPA.
Companies with over 10 distinct sectors including consulting, finance, investment banking, FMCG, and e-commerce participated in the SRCC recruitment drive where the gross placement value was 32.12 crore, the college said.
Several students also received internship offers and the highest stipend was Rs 2.2 lakh per annum while the average internship package was Rs 67,000 per month.
Simrit Kaur, principal professor at SRCC, said: “Founded on dedication and commitment, the Cell has facilitated countless successful placements, internships, workshops, seminars, corporate engagement sessions and peer-to peer learning initiatives fostering enduring connections with prestigious organizations while creating a cohort of industry-ready graduates poised to make a meaningful impact in their respective fields.”
Top recruiters such as McKinsey and Company, Boston Consulting Group, Blackstone, Nomura, DE Shaw, Alvarez and Marsal, FTI Consulting, Accenture Strategy, Barclays, Kepler Cannon, and Meesho were part of the SRCC placement drive.

SRCC placements 2024-25
Jana Small Finance Bank and National Investment and Infrastructure Fund Limited (NIIFL) also took part in the drive for the first time, the college added.
“SRCC witnessed an exemplary growth in the internship opportunities extended by leading organisations, with an impressive 59% increase in the number of offers provided,” the college said.
As part of the student welfare, organisations such as Dalberg, Gartner, and Accenture made collective efforts to connect differently abled candidates with employers through the PwD recruitment drive, it added.
