SRMJEEE 2021 exam guidelines released for online proctored test; Check details

NEW DELHI : SRM Institute of Science and Technology has released the SRMJEEE 2021 exam day guidelines at srmist.edu.in. The authorities are all set to conduct SRMJEEE 2021 phase 1 exam on May 23 and 24 as an online proctored exam. All the registered candidates are advised to read the instructions carefully and prepare for the exam from their home or any place that offers complete privacy.

SRMJEEE 2021 - Requirements

• Students should have a good working system such as computer/ pentium IV/ dual core, 1 GB RAM or higher, 80 GB HDD or higher, 15 colour monitor, keyboard, mouse, microsoft windows 10 and above, antivirus webcam and microphone.

• In case, a candidate will be taking the test through mobile then he or she has to download the configuration file which will be available on the University website on May 19.

• Candidates must have a stable internet connection of at least 512 KBPS (1 MBPS preferred) throughout the test. Once the test begins, retest will not be allowed due to internet issues.

• SRMJEEE 2021 aspirants should take tests in a room without any noise and disturbances.

SRMJEEE 2021 - Exam day guidelines

• Students are required to be dressed formally.

• Though the exam will be conducted completely online, an invigilator will be monitoring every action remotely with the help of an AI engine.

• Candidates who will attempt a remote test through SEB will only be scheduled for the main SRMJEEE 2021 exam.

• While taking SRMJEEE 2021 mock test, candidates can capture the login details to use during the main exam.

• Candidates will not be allowed to end the test before 120 minutes. The “I want to submit the test” button will be available only after 120 minutes.

• SRMJEEE 2021 will be held for the duration of 150 minutes.

The university will open the SRMJEEE 2021 slot booking process from May 19 to 21. Candidates who wish to appear in the exam are required to book their slots within the period. Also, the authorities will release the SRMJEEE mock test 2021 on May 20 for all the registered candidates.
