NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission is all set to conduct the SSC CGL 2022 exam from today, August 8 onwards in online mode. The SSC CGL tier 2 2022 exam will be conducted in three shifts. Candidates who are appearing in the exam need to carry the SSC CGL 2022 admit card for tier 2 along with a valid photo identity proof.

SSC CGL 2022 exam guidelines
Candidates should check the exam day instructions carefully to avoid any hassle on the day of SSC CGL 2022 examination (Tier-2).

During the SSC CGL Tier 2 exam 2022, Candidates are not permitted to take off their masks. They have to wear masks all the time inside the exam centre.

They are advised to carry COVID-19 essentials along with the SSC CGL tier 2 admit card 2022. The COVID-19 essentials include face masks, a ball-point pen, a transparent water bottle and personal hand sanitizer (50 ml).

Candidates should reach the exam centre at least 45 minutes before the reporting time as mentioned in the tier-2 admit card of SSC CGL 2022.
SSC CGL tier 2 exam pattern 2022
SSC CGL 2022 paper-1 & 2 of the Tier-II exam are mandatory for all posts. SSC CGL 2022 paper 3 is for the candidates who applied for the posts of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation. SSC CGL 2022 paper 4 is for the candidates who are shortlisted for the posts of Assistant Audit Officer/ Assistant Accounts Officer.

Negative marking: There will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each incorrect answer. For Paper-2, there will be a negative marking of 0.25 for each incorrect answer.
