SSC CGL registration 2024 deadline tomorrow; 17,727 vacancies to be filled

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the registration window for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL) 2024 tomorrow, July 27. Interested candidates can fill out the SSC CGL 2024 registration form by visiting the official website at ssc.gov.in. Earlier, the last date to apply for SSC CGL 2024 exam was July 24.
The last date for payment of SSC CGL application fee is July 28. Following the registration deadline, commission will open the SSC CGL application correction window from August 10 to 11. Registered candidates will be able to make changes in their SSC CGL application form 2024 through the correction window.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to make changes in the SSC CGL application form. The SSC CGL tier-1 exam will be held tentatively in September-October, 2024 and tier-2 will be held in December, 2024.
SSC CGL 2024 application fee
Candidates will have to pay the SSC CGL application fee of Rs 100. Whereas women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Exservicemen (ESM) are exempted from payment of fee.
SSC CGL 2024: Qualifying marks
The minimum qualifying marks are 30% for the unreserved category, 25% for OBC and EWS categories, and 20% for all other categories.
The maximum percentage of errors allowed (minimum qualifying standards) in the test are 20 per cent for unreserved, 25 per cent for OBC and EWS candidates and 30 per cent for all other categories.
