SSC CGL tier-1 result 2023 likely this week at ssc.nic.in; category-wise cut-offs

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is expected to announce the Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL) tier-1 result 2023 this week, as per reports. The commission held the SSC CGL tier-1 exams 2023 from July 14 to July 27.

The SSC CGL tier-1 answer key was uploaded on the official website, ssc.nic.in, on August 1. The recruitment exam is held to fill 7,500 vacancies. After the SSC CGL tier-1 results are declared, tier-2 exam dates will be announced.

Shortlisted candidates will have to appear in the tier-2 exam for further selection process. The normalization formula followed by the SSC to calculate results are given below.

SSC CGL tier-1 Result 2023: Cut-off marks

Candidates shortlisted in tier-1 will appear in tier-2 in Paper-I & Paper-III general studies - finance and economics for the post of assistant audit officer and assistant accounts officer. SSC CGL cut-offs for list-1, as per past trends.

List-2: Candidates shortlisted in tier-1 will appear in tier-2 in paper-I and paper-II statistics for the post of junior statistical officer.

List-3: Candidates shortlisted in tier-1 will appear in tier-2 in paper-I for posts other than AAO & JSO.
