The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the provisional answer key for the Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGLE) tier-2 exams. Candidates who qualified tier-1 and appeared in tier-2 will be able to challenge the question paper and answer key by February 3 on the official website, ssc.gov.in.

Along with the SSC CGL answer key, the commission has also issued the response sheet, which can be accessed through the login link using registration number and password. Candidates not satisfied with the answer key will be able to submit their objection by paying Rs 50 per question. They will also be allowed to challenge the questions.

“Representations received after 08.00 PM on 03.02.2026 will not be entertained under any circumstances. Candidates may take a print out of their respective Response Sheets, as the same will not be made available after the above specified time limit,” it said.

The SSC CGL question paper hosted on the portal is strictly for personal use and self-analysis, the commission clarified. “An undertaking to this effect has been included in the Challenge Management portal, which will be visible to the candidates when they log in to the same,” it said.

Candidates are required to submit option-cum-preference when announced. Those who fail to submit their preference before the deadline will not be considered for any post in the final result, it said.

A total of 1.40 lakh candidates were shortlisted for tier-2 exam, as per the SSC CGLE tier-1 result. Of this, 6,196 candidates qualified for JSO, 2,781 for SI grade 2, and 1,31,027 for other posts.
