SSC CHSL 2022 final vacancies released at ssc.nic.in; option-cum-preference begins tomorrow

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) released the Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) examination 2022 final vacancies. Along with the vacancy list, the commission has also released the option-cum-preference form for SSC CHSL 2022. Candidates can submit their option-cum-preference form through their respective candidate login from July 22 to July 27, 2023.
The complete vacancy details and options form are available on the official website, ssc.nic.in. Before the declaration of the final result, the option-cum-preferences are required to be submitted by those candidates who have appeared in the Tier 2 examination.

Candidates should note that the preferences can be revised only during the aforesaid period and the form last submitted by the candidate will be treated as final. Candidates who fail to exercise their option during the scheduled dates, will not be given any further opportunity in any circumstances for submission of their form and such candidates will not be considered for inclusion in the final merit list.
SSC CHSL 2022: Steps to submit preferences
- Visit the official website, ssc.nic.in
- Then on the homepage log in with the required credentials.
- Select the preferred posts or departments as per the vacancy.
- Save the preferences.
- Next, submit the option-cum-preference form.
- Once done, download the confirmation page for future reference.
The Person with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category candidates must ensure that they give preference for only those posts which are identified as suitable for their disabilities.
The allocation of posts will be made as per the provisions of the notice of examination on the basis of 'merit-cum-preference of posts. The candidature of a PwBD candidate will get cancelled by the user department concerned if he or she gets selected for a post that is not identified as suitable for the disabilities.
