NEW DELHI : The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the additional result of tier-1 of Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) today for selecting candidates for Data Entry Skill Test (DEST) for the post of Data Entry Operators (DEOs). A total of 520 candidates including 182 general category candidates, 185 Other Backward Classes (OBC) and 153 Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) have been shortlisted. Candidates who appeared in tier-1 exam can check SSC CHSL 2022 result on the official website – ssc.nic.in.

“As per the scheme of the Tier-II Examination mentioned under Para 14.9 of the Notice, DEST is to be conducted in Session-II (Section-III: Module-II) wherein separate Skill Tests are to be held for the Post of DEOs and LDC /JSA /JPA. Accordingly, the Category wise cut-off marks and the number of candidates short- listed for the post of DEO to appear in DEST are as follows,” said SSC in an official notice.

The commission declared SSC CHSL tier-1 result on May 19. A total of 40,224 candidates were shortlisted for the post of LDC or JSA or JPA to appear in typing test of SSC CHSL tier-2 exam.
“Other contents of the write-up dated 19.05.2023 of Tier-I of Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, 2022 will remain unchanged,” SSC added.
