SSC GD constable answer key 2024 likely delayed due to re-exam; 16,185 candidates to appear

SSC GD Re-Exam 2024: The commission will conduct the SSC GD constable re-exam for over 16,000 candidates on March 30, 2024.
NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will conduct the GD constable re-exam for over 16,000 candidates on March 30. The commission is expected to issue the SSC GD constable answer key for candidates altogether. Over 47 lakh candidates appeared for GD constable exam 2024.
However, technical glitch was reported from certain exam centres. The commission issued a notice on March 20 announcing re-exam for 16,185 candidates. As per the official notice, certain centres candidates from the Central (CR), Northern (NR), North Eastern (NE) and Western (WR) regions will appear for the re-exam.
"Only those candidates who appeared earlier in the Computer Based Exam for Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2024 conducted by the Commission from 20.02.2024 to 07.03.2024 will be permitted to appear in the re-examination," the SSC notice read.

SSC GD constable answer key date
As per the previous trends, the SSC GD re-exam answer key is expected within a week after the exam. Considering this, candidates can expect the SSC GD constable answer key 2024 to issued in the first week of April.
SSC conducted the GD Constable written exam for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFS), SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles from February 20 to March 7, 2024. Candidates can use the answer key to calculate their probable scores in the exam.
This will be the provisional answer key and so candidates will be allowed to raise objections against it. The commission will issue the SSC GD Constable final answer key after reviewing the objections filed by the candidates. The SSC GD constable result 2024 will be announced soon after the answer key is out.
