SSC has issued the GD Constable provisional answer key, response sheet and question papers; objections can be submitted at Rs 50 per question
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the tentative answer key for the General Duty (GD) exam 2026 on the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in. To access the SSC GD provisional answer key, aspirants need to enter their exam roll number and password.
Along with the SSC GD provisional answer key 2026 , the commission has also issued the response sheet and question papers. Now, applicants can raise objections against the tentative answer key.
SSC GD cut off will be based on difficulty level of the exam, SSC GD vacancy and number of candidates appeared for the exam. The SSC GD exam was conducted from April 27 to May 30, 2026 in four phases.

SSC GD Tentative Answer Key 2026: Steps to download
To access the SSC GD provisional answer key, applicants should follow the steps given below:
- Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on the Answer Key tab
- Click on the relevant answer key link
- Enter the details, including user ID & password and then login
- Download the answer key and save
SSC GD Provisional Answer Key 2026: Steps to raise objection
To raise the objection against the tentative answer key, follow the mentioned below steps:
- Visit the official website of SSC at ssc.gov.in
- On the homepage, open the link related to the answer key notification
- Log in using the registration ID and password
- After signing in, select the option to raise objections against the answer key
- Choose the question(s) candidate wish to challenge and submit the required details
- Pay the objection fee of Rs 50 per question through the online payment mode to complete the process

After reviewing the objections submitted by candidates, the Commission will publish the final answer key. The SSC GD result will then be compiled on the basis of this revised answer key.
