Subscribe NowThe Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the tentative answer key for the Junior Engineer examination (SSC JE 2025). Candidates who appeared for SSC JE paper 1 for civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering will be able to download the respective answer keys from the official website, ssc.gov.in.
The commission conducted the SSC Junior Engineer exam on December 3, 6, and 13 at different centres across the country. Along with the answer key, the commission has also uploaded the SSC JE response sheet for all candidates who appeared for the exam.
Candidates will be able to view and download the SSC JE answer key using their registration number and password.
Additionally, the SSC JE answer key challenge window is also activated, where the sequence of the questions and the options may be different from the exam paper, as the order was shuffled across multiple shifts. However, the answers selected by candidates will be accurately reflected in the objection window, the commission said.
As per the schedule, the SSC JE answer key can be challenged between December 19 to 22 up to 6 pm. Candidates are required to pay Rs 50 per question or answer challenged. The SSC Junior Engineer question paper and answer key will be removed from the official portal after the last date.
“Candidates may note that the saved Question Paper will be strictly for personal use and self-analysis only,” the SSC said.
The SSC JE recruitment exam was conducted to fill 1,340 vacancies in civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering departments. This year, candidates appearing for the SSC exam were permitted to self-select examination slots.
