Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will soon conclude the registration process for the Junior Engineer (JE) exam 2024. Eligible candidates can fill out the SSC JE application form by visiting the official website ssc.gov.in. The last date to fill out the SSC JE application form is April 18.
The SSC recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 968 Junior engineer posts in civil, mechanical, and electrical fields. As per the schedule, the SSC JE Exam will be held from June 4 to 6. The commission will activate the SSC JE application form correction link for two days from April 22 to 23, 2024.
“Candidates should not wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection, inability or failure to login to the website on account of heavy traffic on the servers during the closing days. Candidates are further cautioned that no extension of the last date for submission of the application shall be granted under any circumstances,” reads the official notice.

Candidates from the unreserved (UR) category are required to pay an application fee of Rs 100 to register for the SSC JE 2024 exam. Women candidates and those belonging to scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), persons with benchmark disabilities (PwBD), and ex-servicemen are exempt from paying the fee. The last date to make payment is April 19, 2024.
The SSC JE selection process includes three stages which are: Paper 1, Paper 2, and document verification. Candidates are required to clear all the stages to get the final selection.
