SSC Selection Post Phase 12: The last date to pay the application fee is March 27.
NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the registration window for SSC Selection Post phase 12 tomorrow, March 26. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the SSC Selection Post phase 12 application form by visiting the official website, ssc.gov.in. The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 2,049 posts.
The application fee is Rs 100. The application fee can be paid online through BHIM UPI, NetBanking, or by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, or RuPay credit or debit Card. The last date to pay the application fee is March 27. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Exservicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
Candidates will get a chance to edit their form through the application correction window. According to the revised schedule, the SSC selection post application correction window will be active from March 30. The deadline to edit the application form is April 1.
SSC Selection Post Recruitment 2024: Selection process
The selection process includes a computer-based exam, skill test, and document verification. The exam will include a total of 100 questions divided equally in 4 sections- general awareness, general intelligence, English language, and quantitative aptitude. THe exam will carry a total of 200 marks. Candidates will get 2 marks for each correct answer and there will be a negative marking of 0.50 marks for each incorrect answer.

Candidates can follow these steps to apply for SSC Selection Post phase 12.
- Go to the official website at ssc.gov.in
- On the homepage, click on the link that reads "Selection Posts examination 2024"
- You will be redirected to a login page.
- Enter your credentials such as application number and password.
- Fill up the application form.
- Upload the necessary documents.
- Pay the application fee.
- Submit and download a copy for future use.
