TN Class 12 Supply Results 2026: Candidates can download their provisional statement of marks for Class 12 and 11 using their login details such as roll number and date of birth.
The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE), Tamil Nadu, has declared the Tamil Nadu Class 12 supplementary results 2026, along with HSC +1 arrears on its official website at tnresults.nic.in. Private candidates and those with one arrear can also check their results on the other official portal at dge.tn.gov.in. To access the TN 12th supplementary result 2026, candidates should have to log in to the official portals using their roll number and date of birth.
Tamil Nadu Class 12 supplementary result 2026 LIVE updates
The TN 12th supplementary examinations were conducted from June 29 to July 7 for students who could not clear one or more subjects in the regular Class 12 board exam held earlier this year. This was the second and final attempt for students to pass the exam without losing an academic year. The TN Class 12 regular result 2026 was declared on May 8, recording an overall pass percentage of 95.20 percent.
"Candidates who appeared for the Higher Secondary First Year and Second Year Supplementary Examination (June/July 2026), including private candidates and candidates with one arrear (+1 Arrear), conducted between *June 26, 2026 and July 16, 2026, can download their Provisional Statement of Marks from July 31, 2026," according to an official notification.
The supplementary result can also be accessed via SMS, DigiLocker, and the UMANG application. The scorecard includes the student's name, registration number, subject-wise internal, practical, and theory marks, grades, total marks, and result status.

Candidates can follow these steps to view the results:
- Visit any of the official websites- tnresults.nic.in or dge.tn.gov.in
- On homepage, click on the TN 12 supplementary result 2026 link
- Enter your registration numbe and date of birth (in DD/MM/YYYY format)
- Click "submit" or "get marks"
- Your TN 12th supplementary result 2026 will appear on screen
- Download the provisional marksheet
Students must collect their original marksheets from respective schools.
Passing marks
For subjects with practicals, students need a minimum of 15 marks in theory and a combined total of 35 marks to pass; attendance in practicals is compulsory, though there is no separate minimum passing mark for it. For theory-only subjects, a minimum of 35 marks is required.
Students can also check category-wise pass percentage data (covering government, aided and private schools) as well as district-wise performance figures, similar to previous years. School-wise results and mark statements will also be made available to institutions.
Students who clear the TN class 12 supplementary results become eligible for direct admission to undergraduate courses. Those who are unable to clear their papers this time will need to repeat the academic year, as this was their final attempt for Class 12.
TN Class 12, 11 Supply Results 2026: Submit revaluation requests from August 4
Furthermore, those who appeared for the Tamil Nadu Class 12 and 11 supplementary exams and wish to apply for revaluation or retotalling, will be able to submit their applications at the District Assistant Director of Government Examinations' offices from August 4 to 5.
The revaluation application window for TN Class 12 and 11 supplementary results 2026 will be opened from 11 am to 5 pm. Candidates will have to pay Rs 275 per subject to submit the retotalling application.
“Candidates can apply only for revaluation or retotalling, not both. Those from Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Ranipet, Mayiladuthurai, Chengalpattu and Cuddalore districts should submit their applications at the respective district assistant director's Office,” the notice read.
