NEW DELHI: The Tamil Nadu National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - postgraduate (TN NEET PG 2023) counselling registration window will be closed today at 5 PM. The Tamil Nadu directorate of medical education and research selection committee extended the last date to register for TN NEET PG counselling 2023 to July 17 after several representations from the students.
Candidates who are eligible for the Tamil Nadu NEET PG counselling 2023 will have to submit their application form on the official website, tnmedicalselection.net. The counselling is done for admission to postgraduate medical courses offered by the Tamil Nadu medical colleges.
The TN DME will issue two types of merit lists - rank list for government quota seats and rank list for management quota seats.
TN NEET PG counselling fees 2023
Candidates can check the fee details here before filling up the application form.
Application fee- Candidates will have to submit Rs 3,000 as application fee during the application process. SC, ST, SC (Arunthathiyar) are exempted from paying the fees.
Registration fee - All candidates must pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 1,000 while registering for the Tamil Nadu NEET counselling 2023.
Security deposit - Students will have to pay the security deposit based on the quota they are applying for. “Security Deposit will be refunded to the candidates, who could not get any seat in any phase of counselling within three months after the end of the entire counselling process. No interest amount for security deposit will be paid to the candidates,” the official website read.
For government medical colleges - Rs 30,000.
For government quota in self-financing medical colleges – Rs 1,00,000.
