Download EBookNEW DELHI : The Directorate of Medical Education and Research has revised the schedule for Tamil Nadu NEET UG counselling 2023. As per the revised schedule, the registration, fee payment, and choice-filling facility will end today, August 3. Candidates can register for state National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) counselling 2023 for admission to MBBS, BDS programmes in state medical, dental colleges on the official website, tnmedicalselection.net.

Round 1 seat allotment result will be declared on August 6. The processing of seat allotment will be conducted between August 4 and 5. Candidates will be able to download the provisional allotment letter from August 7 to August 11. The last date for reporting to the allotted institutes is August 11 till 5 pm.

For online choice-filling, candidates will have to pay Rs 500 for the government quota and Rs 1,000 for the management quota. Students will also have to submit a security deposit of Rs 30,000 for government quota seats in self-financed medical, dental colleges and state private universities and Rs 1 lakh for the management quota seats.
Candidates will have to check their choices and the order of preferences before locking and edit them accordingly as editing of the choices will not be allowed after locking. Moreover, if a candidate does not lock their choices themselves before the last date, their choices will be automatically locked.
