TANCET 2024: How to calculate percentile
The percentile score is calculated using the formula: Percentile Score =(Y/N)* 100. Here Y is the students who scored a lesser mark than the candidate in that examination and N is the total number of students who appeared for the entrance test.
The TANCET 2024 exam was conducted on March 9 at various exam centres across the state. The entrance exam is held for admission to various PG courses such as MTech, MArch, MPlan, ME, MBA and MCA programmes. The TANCET 2024 scores are accepted by over 200 colleges in Tamil Nadu for PG admissions.
Around 40,000 MBA aspirants appear for the TANCET exam every year for 15,000 seats offered by several institutes of Tamil Nadu.
