NEW DELHI: Anna University has published the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) 2024 scorecards. Candidates who have appeared for the entrance exam can access and download their TANCET 2024 scorecards from the official website at tancet.annauniv.edu. Candidates will need their credentials such as application number and date of birth to check their scores.
The TANCET 2024 result was declared on March 28. The TANCET scorecards 2024 will be available till May 3 for download. According to the statistics, a total of 24,468 candidates registered for TANCET 2024, out of which 22,774 appeared for the exam this year.
Students who are eligible for TANCET 2024 counselling are required to register on the official website. Subsequently, candidates are required to attend designated document verification centres with all necessary documents. Following verification, candidates proceed to fill their preferred college and course choices based on their TANCET rank. Seats are then allocated to candidates considering their rank, chosen preferences, and seat availability.
Candidates who are allotted seats in TANCET counselling 2024 are required to confirm their admission by paying the prescribed fees within the specified timeframe. After confirmation, candidates must report to the allotted college to complete admission formalities. If seats remain unfilled, additional rounds of counselling may be conducted, and in cases of leftover vacancies, spot counselling is conducted. Finally, upon completing all formalities, candidates are granted final admission to their respective colleges.

TANCET Counselling 2024: Eligibility
Candidates can have a look at the eligibility criteria for TANCET counselling 2024 below:
- Candidates must be residents of Tamil Nadu to be eligible for participation.
- Submission of a Tamil Nadu Nativity Certificate during TANCET counselling registration is mandatory.
- A bachelor's degree of at least three years duration is required, with an aggregate of 50 percent for unreserved categories and 45 percent for reserved categories.
- There are no specific age limits for candidates to participate in TANCET counselling.
- Candidates should have appeared for the TANCET MBA exam 2024 conducted by Anna University.
