Telangana AYUSH PG 2025 registration begins tomorrow; KNRUHS announces eligibility, fees

Telangana AYUSH PG 2025 Counselling: Admission to MD Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy will be based on AIAPGET rank. The last date to register for counselling is October 21.
Kaloji Narayana Rao University Of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has announced the application dates for admission to MD Ayurveda, Unani, and Homeopathy courses under the competent authority quota for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates who have qualified in AIAPGET 2025 are eligible to apply for their respective postgraduate AYUSH courses.
The registration process for the Telangana AYUSH PG courses will begin from 6 am on October 16 and will continue till October 21 up to 6 pm. The application link for the Telangana AYUSH PG counselling for the academic year 2025-26 will be hosted on the official website, tsmdayush.tsche.in.
Telangana AYUSH PG 2025: Eligibility
The KNRUHS has clarified that the applicants must have studied in the state for a period of not less than four consecutive years up to the qualifying examination to be eligible under the local category, as per the new Telangana domicile rule.
- Candidates should have appeared for AIAPGET and secured a minimum eligibility percentile. General and EWS category should have at least 50th percentile, General-PwD should have 45th percentile, and SC, ST, and OBC should have 40th percentile.
- Those who have passed the BAMS degree exam after undergoing a course of study in Ayurveda of not less than 5 ½ years, including the period of compulsory internship, will be eligible.
- However, those who are already holding a PG degree in Ayurveda will not be eligible for admission into another PG Ayurveda course. The rules are applicable for other AYUSH courses as well.
- For in-service candidates, the cut-off date for completion of three years of regular service has been fixed at September 30, 2025.
KNRUHS AYUSH PG 2025 counselling fees
The registration fee for participating in the Telangana AYUSH PG counselling 2025 is Rs 4,000 for open and backward category candidates and Rs 3.000 for SC and ST candidates. The fee payment has to be completed online.
KNRUHS will publish a provisional merit list, followed by document verification and seat allotment process. Admissions will be based on merit, reservation criteria, and government rules.
Candidates who are allotted seats are required to pay the university fee of Rs 15,000 before downloading the Telangana AYUSH PG seat allotment order.
