Telangana Board 10th and 12th exams to be conducted in May 2021: Reports

NEW DELHI: Telangana State Education Board is likely to conduct the Class 10 exams in the month of May 2021, while the Class 12 exams are expected to start in April 2021. As per the academic calendar released by TSBIE earlier, the Inter exams were scheduled from 24th March 2021. But the has been rescheduled due to the ongoing COVID-19.
As per the report by Hans India, “If the tenth class exams start at the end of April, they will be completed by 10th May. Then the inter examinations will be commenced. According to the academic calendar previously announced by the Inter Board, the Inter examinations should begin from March 24. Thus, Chitra Ramachandran has recently has given orders to all the officials to check the possibilities of conducting the exams in the month of May”.
Last year, the Telangana 10th exams were scheduled to be conducted from March 19 to April 6, 2020. Whereas the Class 12 exams were scheduled from March 5 to March 23, 2020. Some exams got postponed due to the lockdown. The date sheet for the same was released on December 3, 2020. This year too, the date sheet is expected to be released in December.
