NEW DELHI- On behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE), Kakatiya University conducted TS ICET 2021 phase 2 today, August 20. The exam was held in a single shift- forenoon 10:00 am to 12:30 pm. As per the TS ICET exam analysis shared by the students, the overall difficulty level was moderate to tough. For Telangana ICET 2021 phase 2, the Communication Ability section was manageable but the Mathematical Ability section was quite tough. However, the Analytical Ability section was moderate.

TS ICET phase 2 was smoothly conducted in computer-based mode with all COVID-related precautionary measures. As per students’ reactions and experts’ analysis, 140+ can be considered a good attempt. The TS ICET exam 2021 had questions from three sections namely, Mathematical Ability (75 questions), Analytical Ability (75 questions), and Communication Ability (50 questions).

Communication Ability

  • Candidates were required to solve 50 questions that were from Antonyms-synonyms, Reading Comprehension (RC), parts of speech, idioms and phrases, etc.

  • There were 15 questions from RCs and the rest questions were from Grammar and Vocabulary.

  • The overall difficulty level of this section was easy to moderate.

Mathematical Ability

  • Questions asked in the Mathematical Ability section were application based and the rest were formula-based.

  • Because of this candidates had to invest a lot of time in solving questions from the TS ICET Mathematical Ability section.

  • Overall this section was difficult and time-consuming.

Analytical Ability

  • The entire section was divided into three sub-sections namely- Data Analysis, Data Sufficiency, and Reasoning.

  • Few questions were time-consuming but most of them were easy to solve by applying short tricks.

  • The overall difficulty level was moderate to tough.

Kakatiya University will be releasing the official TS ICET 2021 answer key on August 27. Candidates can use the TS ICET answer keys to match their responses and calculate a score before the official announcement of the TS ICET 2021 result.

Kakatiya University will release TS ICET 2021 results in online mode on September 17. Candidates who have appeared for this state-level MBA entrance test will be able to check their result by visiting the official website- icet.tsche.ac.in. At the time of checking the TS ICET result, candidates will be required to enter their login credentials such as registration number and password.

TS ICET cut-off is the minimum score obtained by the candidate to qualify for the further round of the selection process for admission to the MBA/ PGDM programmes. TS ICET cutoff will be different for candidates belonging to various categories.TS ICET 2021 cut off will be based on the result shared by the Kakatiya University and previous year's cut off.
