Use NowKaloji Narayana Rao University Of Health Sciences has announced the Telangana NEET PG round 3 provisional merit list. A total of 1,883 candidates have been declared eligible under the management quota for round 3 MD, MS counselling process.
According to the Telangana NEET PG management quota merit list , 1,883 candidates have been selected under the general, Muslim minority, NRI, and institutional quota. Additionally, the university has also notified a list of 10 ineligible candidates due to incomplete or non-submission of required documents before the deadline.
Candidates will be allowed to submit grievances against the state merit list along with supporting documents. The grievances should be submitted through the official email ID knrpgadmissions@gmail.com before 4 pm on January 9.

“Grievances received after 04.00 PM on 09.01.2026 shall not be considered. Final merit list shall be notified after addressing all the grievances,” it said.
According to the Telangana state merit list , the NEET PG cut-off ranks for round 3 range from 2646 to 138180 and cut-off marks between 604 and 235.
The KNRUHS is expected to publish the Telangana NEET PG merit list for competent authority quota seats soon. Candidates will be able to fill choices of courses and colleges in the order of preference when the facility is open. The complete schedule for Telangana NEET PG round 3 counselling is also likely to be announced soon on the official website, knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
