The TS ICET result will be announced in the form of a rank card which will contain the TS ICET score, TS ICET rank and other personal details of the candidates. To qualify for TS ICET counselling 2023, OC and BC category candidates must secure a minimum of 25 percent marks in TS ICET 2023. However, there is no minimum mark requirement for SC and ST candidates.
In case of a tie in the TS ICET exam result, a tie-breaking policy is implemented to determine the final rankings. Firstly, the TS ICET score obtained by the candidates in section A of the TS ICET paper is compared. If the tie persists even after evaluating section A, the marks obtained in section B are taken into consideration. If a tie still persists after comparing the section B marks, the age of the candidates is considered.

In this case, the candidate with the higher age is placed higher in the TS ICET final merit list. This tie-breaking policy ensures fairness and a systematic approach in determining the rankings when two or more candidates achieve the same marks in the TS ICET exam.
