NEW DELHI: Tamil Nadu board exam dates 2025 have been announced today. TN 12th board exams 2025 will be conducted from March 3 while TN 10th board exams 2025 will commence from March 28. The Directorate of Government Examinations (DGE) TN will issue the public exam time table 2025 on its official website, dge.tn.gov.in.
Apart from Tamil Nadu board exam dates 2025, the school education minister Anbil Mahesh has also announced plus one and practical exam dates 2025. The board will conduct Tamil Nadu +1 exams 2025 from March 5 to 27.
TN SSLC practical exams 2025 are scheduled to take place from February 22 to 28 while plus two practical exams are slated for February 7-14. The practical exams for Class 11 students will be held from February 15 to 21.
TN 10th public exam time table 2025 and TN 12th public exam time table 2025 will have detailed information on exam timings, gaps between two exams, shifts, and exam-day instructions.

TN SSLC Board Exams 2025: How many students passed last year?
More than 8 lakh students appeared for Tamil Nadu SSLC board exams last year and the pass percentage was recorded at 91.55%. A total of 4,22,591 girl students appeared for Class 10 board exams and recorded a pass percentage of 94.53%. Of 3,96,152 boys who took the exam, 88.58% students were declared pass.

Tamil Nadu board exams 2025: Exam timings
The duration of Tamil Nadu board exams 2025 will be three hours. Students will get extra 10 minutes to read the question paper. The exam will commence from 10 am and conclude at 1:15 pm. The time schedule for Class 10, 12 board exams is given below.
- 10 am - 10:10 am : Reading the question paper
- 10:10 am - 10:15 am: Verification of particulars by the candidate
- 10:15 am - 1:15 pm: Conduct of exam

Tamil Nadu +2 board exams 2025 are scheduled from March 3 to March 25. The exam timings will be 10 am to 1:15 pm. The TN 12th public exam time table 2025 is given below.
