TN NEET Counselling 2026: Round 2 seat allotment result out; 5,304 MBBS, BDS seats allotted

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Tamil Nadu, has published the TN National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2026 round 2 seat allotment result today, September 15. A total of 5,304 seats have been allotted across the three categories. The provisional TN NEET 2026 allotment list includes candidates selected for MBBS and BDS courses under the government quota, management quota and government 7.5% reservation quota.

Candidates allotted seats in round 2 of TN NEET UG counselling 2026 will have to complete the joining process by September 18, 2026, up to 5 pm. The provisional allotment order download window will remain open until September 18 at 3 PM.

Tamil Nadu NEET counselling 2026 Round 2 allotment: Seat details

Of total seats, 3,875 seats were allotted under the MBBS/BDS government quota, while 1,298 seats were allotted under the management quota. Another 131 seats were allotted under the government 7.5% reservation quota.

How to download TN NEET round 2 allotment order 2026

Candidates allotted an MBBS or BDS seat in round 2 can follow these steps to download it:

• Visit the official website: tnmedicalselection.net
• On the homepage, go to the MBBS/BDS UG counselling 2026-27 section.
• For candidates under the Government and Management Quota, click “92.5% - CLICK HERE FOR ROUND-2 ONLINE COUNSELLING OF MBBS/BDS COURSE”. For candidates under the 7.5% reservation for Tamil Nadu government school students, select the corresponding 7.5% Round-2 counselling link.
• Click the round 2 provisional allotment/order link for the relevant quota.
• Check the allotted college, course and quota details.
• Download the provisional TN NEET allotment order and take a printout for the admission process.

Candidates are advised to check their allotment status and download the provisional allotment order within the specified deadline.
